By using CaseAlerta you accept these terms. The service is provided by VARGER Group LLC (Texas, USA).

What CaseAlerta is

A tool that checks case status through the official USCIS API, alerts you to changes and explains the status in plain language. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice and is not affiliated with USCIS.

No guarantee of outcomes

We show the information USCIS provides. The source may have delays or errors. Time ranges are typical, not promises. For legal decisions, consult an attorney.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you add and for keeping your access secure. Only add receipt numbers for your own cases or cases you are authorized to follow.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. In the app, Apple or Google process payments; on the web, Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, look up cases without authorization, attempt to breach security or scrape data without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VARGER Group LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or from USCIS delays.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
